Sales and Partnerships Specialist

**Job Description**
As a Sales and Partnerships Specialist at MCI Career Services Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and execute plans to acquire new clients.
- Clients Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, drive business growth, and expand the client base.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the sustainability or agriculture industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build connections and partnerships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
