Hotel Staff: Airport ServicesWelcome guests as they enter the hotel, delivering true hospitality with a friendly personality. Every day is different, but duties may include:• Assisting guests with luggage from taxi/car/transportation
• Opening and closing car and taxi doors for arriving and departing guests
• Being aware of daily arrivals and departures with emphasis on VIPs
• Communicating with departments to welcome VIP guests
• Assisting guests through check-in/check-out process via self-check-in kiosks
• Guiding guests through checkout process and answering basic billing inquiries
• Providing information about rooms e.g. directions, room type, and basic featuresKey Responsibilities:1. Luggage Assistance
Ensure seamless baggage delivery and collection for our guests.2. Door Service
Provide exceptional door service to arriving and departing guests.3. Check-In/Check-Out
Assist guests through the check-in/check-out process and provide support during this time.4. VIP Support
Be aware of daily VIP arrivals and departures, communicate with departments to ensure a warm welcome.5. Room Information
