Job Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to provide accurate and timely payroll processing for a team of 70 employees. This involves maintaining the HR information system database, staff personnel files, managing leave administration, and submitting statutory submissions to the government. Additionally, the position entails processing insurance claims, preparing payroll-related reports, and communicating company policies to employees.

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management with two years of working experience in a construction or process industry

- Knowledge of MOM legislation and team player skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
