Child Development Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Child Development Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of children with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication disorders in children using evidence-based methods.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Collaborate with multiple teams through meetings and case discussions.
- SUPPORT departmental goals by building professional relationships internally and externally.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and therapy assistants to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor/ Master Degree in Speech Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
- Must have AHPC registration/ eligible for registration.
- Possess a passion for working with children and families.
