The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Collaborating with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
  • Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
  • Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

  • A business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years and above in a similar capacity of Sales/Marketing.
  • Candidates with a background in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and oral communication and strong persuasion skills; demonstrate ability to express ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong organization skills and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
