Architectural Hardware Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Promote and sell architectural hardware solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure accurate specifications of products and solutions in tender documents.
  • Develop and validate technical specifications and solution proposals.
  • Conduct seminars, customer experience visits, and presentations to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote dormakaba's products and solutions to all stakeholders across targeted projects and verticals.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and penetrate targeted verticals and customers.
  3. Play an integral part in specification supporting the sales team to generate a lucrative sales pipeline.
  4. Closely collaborate with specification schedulers, sales, project management, and operation teams to achieve individual and department goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good level of customer service experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to recommend materials, procedures, and technical requirements and contents.
