Job Title: Enterprise Security Risk Management Leader

Job Description:
Kroll is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to support our Enterprise Security Risk Management team. As an Associate Manager, you will oversee a team of analysts in a regional crisis management and intelligence center, providing actionable intelligence impacting clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations, scheduling, and evaluate CMIC performance
• Collaborate with other CMIC managers and report to the Global CMIC manager
• Work closely with US Office management teams, facilities, and property management to ensure effective operations

Analyst Supervision:
• Monitor real-time data and news to provide actionable intelligence
• Conduct research and develop detailed assessments on emerging threats globally
• Provide initial emergency response support, centralizing communications, and reporting
• Conduct intelligence assessments for regional special events as needed
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems as required

Qualifications:
• Strong background in OSINT research and management within a risk monitoring organization
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on coordination, attention to detail, and forecasting operational needs
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations, often outside normal hours
• Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools

Schedule:
This role requires flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evening hours. Candidates must be comfortable with shift work and working on-site to support operational needs.
