Cybersecurity Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Leader to lead our Enterprise IT Security team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide IT security architecture, programme and technology strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, risk management, compliance, technology governance, cybersecurity and IT security initiatives and technology advancement / innovation.
- Lead the development and execution of IT security policies and practices.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across Asia and Global counterparts in managing and implementing IT security strategies and enhance security framework.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in supervising and leading a department, coaching, guiding and handling operational duties.
In addition, they will have a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, and professional certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP are highly preferred.
With 10 to 12 years working experience in the Banking / Financial sector with focus on Information Security and leadership capability, the right candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role.
