We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in managing teams, budgets, and customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Managing Financial Performance: Oversee the financial performance of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Leading the Team: Directly manage and supervise a team of staff members, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they are performing at their best.
- Delivering Exceptional Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional level of service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Financial Returns: Oversee financial returns, conduct training needs analysis and implement training programs.
- Guest Experience: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and guests, exceed their expectations and create a positive hotel image in every interaction.
- People: Direct day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals for team members and promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
