We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in the public healthcare sector.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of Singapore's healthcare system by developing and implementing policies that drive quality public healthcare infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify current and long-term healthcare needs, and develop solutions to meet these needs. Your expertise will be crucial in conceptualising, planning and reviewing public healthcare facilities, engaging stakeholders and ensuring effective resource utilisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing policies for public healthcare facilities
  • Working with MOH divisions and stakeholders to identify current and long-term healthcare needs
  • Conceptualising and planning new public healthcare facilities
  • Reviewing policies and ensuring effective resource utilisation
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose
  • Positive, self-motivated and high standard of integrity
