Healthcare Product Strategist

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Healthcare Product Strategist to join our team and drive growth through innovative product development. As a key member, you will shape product strategy, drive business value, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy for healthcare offerings, focusing on patient journey optimization.
  • Analyze product data, market trends, and user insights to guide feature prioritization and investments.
  • Develop a strategic product roadmap, aligning with stakeholders to drive long-term business value and user outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing, developing, and shipping innovative product features.
  • Mentor junior professionals, setting high standards for product thinking and execution.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Champion a seamless end-to-end patient experience from onboarding to post-consultation care.
  • Owning and optimizing funnel conversion, user engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance, trust, and accessibility across medical data and identity workflows.
  • Driving adoption of new healthcare program modules, enhancing service offerings.
  • Leading the roadmap for customer-support platforms, leveraging AI, automation, and knowledge management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, etc.).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and owning end-to-end product lifecycles.
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful consumer-facing products, ideally for mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, experimentation, and success metrics to drive growth and adoption.
  • Strong grasp of agile development processes; experience working with engineering teams in Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-driven with a bias for action, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
