Logistics Operations Officer

The Logistics Operations Officer is responsible for managing air and sea freight forwarding activities. This involves providing sales support, coordinating logistics operations, and overseeing documentation to ensure seamless and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Respond promptly to inquiries, service requests, and order processing, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Shipping Coordinator: Prepare all required shipping documents for import and export (air, sea, and road freight).
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including sorting, filing, and archiving.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative: Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
