Job Overview:

As a critical member of our organization's security team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing physical identity access, ensuring secure and efficient management of access rights for employees and visitors. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to ensure seamless collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage regional card access systems, including issuing and revoking access rights as needed.
  2. Oversee badge production, creating personal Photo ID Badges for associates and generic Contractor/Temporary/Visitor Badges.
  3. Process access rights applications from the Alert Enterprise Guardian system.
  4. Generate and disseminate reports on access rights provisioning for New Hires, Staff Transfer, and de-provisioning for Departing Associates.
  5. Respond to emergency calls related to life safety, asset protection, security, or criminal issues, and provide general information to employees and vendors.
  6. Conduct investigative support on security/safety incidents as directed by PSMs/RSMs, and provide additional operational support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with access control systems and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email software.
