CCTV and Access Control Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and access control systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras and access control devices in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of security systems within client environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV cameras, recorders, and access control devices promptly.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and system checks to ensure continuous functionality.
  • Perform quality checks on installations to guarantee compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues observed during installations or maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in CCTV and Access Control systems are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV and Card Access Control systems.
  • Proficient in the installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and Access Control devices.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security principles related to security systems.
  • Familiarity with various CCTV and Access Control brands and models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 15kg and work in various physical environments.
