Job Description

The Student Experience Specialist is a multifaceted role that requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, business acumen and the ability to articulate the value proposition of an educational institution.

This position involves delivering a tailored experience to each prospective parent and student by effectively communicating the benefits and unique selling points of the school. Developing rapport with prospective parents and students is also crucial, as it involves gathering information on their specific needs, background, and profile.

  • Conduct tours of the school and address queries during post-tour consultations to assist families with the application process.
  • Manage the pipeline process from lead to application and provide support to parents throughout the customer journey, ensuring necessary compliance has been met.
  • Drive conversion rates proactively, staying mindful of weekly and monthly performance targets.
  • Perform initial application screening and collaborate with senior leadership in the assessment of all students.
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance by managing and updating all aspects of the customer journey in the CRM system.
  • Support the production of daily/weekly reports on admissions status and pipeline performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the school at recruitment events, open days, and information sessions locally and internationally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years direct sales experience in a highly personalized B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Result-oriented and driven by successful outcomes.
  • Experience working with clients in diverse cultural settings.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and online platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin dialects is advantageous.
  • Holds a university degree.
