About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes across various sports, leading group and small group sessions, and educating youth and parents on training principles, injury prevention, recovery, and healthy habits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA) and NREP or NROC registered
  • At least 1-2 years of experience coaching youth athletes in individual or team settings
  • Strong understanding of long-term athletic development models, growth and maturation principles, and safe youth training practices
  • Able to coach foundational lifts and movement patterns to general population clients safely and effectively. Safesport educated or certified mandatory
  • Excellent communicator with young athletes, parents, and adults alike
