Job Summary:

The position of Medical Director is a high-level role that requires exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and strategic thinking.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our clinic operations, manage daily activities, and maintain high standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinic appointments, staff deployment, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and improve patient outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures related to clinic services.
  • Crisis Management: Manage PR cases and support staff in dealing with challenging situations.
  • Discipline and Compliance: Enforce discipline in accordance with established policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate clinical indicator tabulations and submit timely reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in private clinics or public healthcare.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong background in health promotion, quality improvement, and customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal skills.
