English Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate English teacher to join our team as an educator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting English teaching classes, establishing relationships with students, and inspiring loyalty and learning progress. Key performance indicators will measure the success of this role.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English and other academic courses to mainland Chinese students. A Bachelor's degree in Education or Languages is preferred but not required. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organisational skills, as well as a high level of motivation and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct English teaching classes to students of various ages and levels
  • Establish positive relationships with students to promote learning and loyalty
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Participate in orientation and marketing events to promote the school and its programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native English speaker or equivalent language proficiency
  • Experience in teaching English and other academic courses to mainland Chinese students
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Languages (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • High level of motivation, good working attitude, and strong sense of responsibility
