**The Role:**

As a full-time English educator, you will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, fostering student participation, and offering academic support during lessons.

You will also be tasked with setting homework assignments and bi-monthly assessments to monitor students' progress, marking student work, and reviewing corrections, participating in regular team meetings, and providing the Academic Head with updates on students' progress and any challenges that may arise.

Additionally, you will assist the Academic Head in researching and creating new teaching materials and perform administrative tasks such as maintaining and filing lesson plans and teaching records.

**Key Requirements:**
  • A minimum qualification of A Level, Polytechnic, or Degree is required.
  • Ability to teach Secondary English up to O-level is necessary.
  • Commitment to working at least one/two weekends per month with off-in-lieu arrangements on weekdays.
  • Patience, willingness to learn/adapt, and proficient communication skills in English are essential.
