Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes using technical principles and Edwards systems/procedures.

This role involves applying knowledge of engineering methods, including SIX Sigma and LEAN techniques, to improve manufacturing efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment design, experimentation, and validation, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex experiments and tests to qualify and validate manufacturing processes; analyze results and make recommendations.
  • Analyze and resolve complex Manufacturing and Compliance issues.
  • Develop training materials and work instructions for production teams.
  • Lead project planning and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific field with 4 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, and CAD experience preferred.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Substantial understanding of statistical techniques, lab/industrial equipment, and Engineering principles.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to influence change.
Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical device industry.
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with all organizational levels.
