Process Optimization Specialist
">This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing cell manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, workflow, and resource utilization. Key goals include extracting relevant data, identifying process imbalances, and implementing improvements.
">- Analyze cell manufacturing process data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to gather input and ensure a shared understanding of process optimization.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize workflows and minimize the need for additional assistance.
- Maintain and manage a master problem list for production, and derive meaningful insights from it.
- Schedule maintenance and optimize material placement, workflow, and work schedules to maintain optimal headcount.
- Optimize material picking and supply processes to minimize the number of supply channels.
Required Skills:
">- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical)
- 3-5 years of experience in a production environment, including operating and innovating cell manufacturing processes, analyzing related data, etc.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in manufacturing processes
- Technical skills in examining manufacturing techniques and conducting Design Process Analysis (DPA) using AutoCAD, CATIA
- Proficiency in MS Office
