Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Program Management Team to improve manufacturing processes and achieve high productivity and quality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in process improvement and optimization. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Early involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
- Interpret technical information and analyze manufacturing process elements
- Create Bill of Materials structure
- Develop manufacturing Work Instructions and other process documents
- Carry out time studies and update process cycle times
- Provide technical support to the Production Team
- Engage in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Lean Line Design activities
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Diploma in any Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Manufacturing/Production or industrial Engineering
- Min. 3 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, preferably dealing with wire or cable harness
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Basic manufacturing knowledge in cable harness assemblies, plastics and sheet metal preferred
- Experienced in creating Bill of Materials structures
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
