Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and interact with patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Support doctors during consultations and contribute to seamless and efficient patient care.
  • Manage patient billing and collections accurately and empathetically.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to the highest health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory efficiently and ensure stock is updated and available when needed.
  • Handle corporate and insurance claims, including letters of guarantee and pre-authorization submissions.
  • Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc duties assigned by the doctor or Clinic Head.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification in Phlebotomy is essential.
  • Experience in the field is preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow.
  • A positive attitude, being proactive and motivated to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savviness, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
