Key Responsibilities:

- Nursing Care and Phlebotomy:
- Provide exceptional patient care during the blood donation process.
- Maintain accurate records of donor data and blood product inventory.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transfusion services.
- Infection Control and Safety Protocols:
- Foster a safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Identify potential hazards and report them to superiors promptly.
- Processing, Labeling, and Storing Blood Products:
- Accurately label and store blood products according to established protocols.
- Verify the integrity of blood products before distribution.
- Education and Support:
- Offer guidance to donors on post-donation care and the benefits of blood donation.
- Promote the importance of regular blood donations.
