Job Opportunity

The Clinical Support Coordinator role involves performing a variety of medical procedures, including blood collection, ECG, and spirometry. These tasks must be carried out accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques to collect blood samples with precision.
  • Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information and test results.
  • Verify patient identity using two identifiers prior to sample collection or testing.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety standards, hand hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a recognized qualification in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences, or Phlebotomy.
  • Be proficient in venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques.
  • Have a good understanding of infection control protocols, laboratory safety practices, and regulatory standards.
