Data Center Delivery Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of our data center network products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully responsible for end-to-end delivery of company's self-developed data center network products.
  • Develop deployment and resource plans, coordinate with R&D, testing, supply chain and other teams to drive implementation.
  • Identify and resolve technical and process issues during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote standardization and optimization of company delivery processes, tools, and templates.
  • Guide and mentor delivery team members to improve overall technical and managerial capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer, Communications, Information Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in data center network project delivery, with at least 2 years in project management.
  • Familiar with Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, and other data center network architectures and deployment processes is an advantage.
