Project Manager III

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Key responsibilities include managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, and outside vendors.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects including infrastructure builds, capacity expansions, migrations, and technology upgrades.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Oversee technical solutions to ensure alignment with data center standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation, regular progress updates, and executive reports are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development of project governance frameworks, best practices, and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Strong knowledge of data center technologies and experience in managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional IT teams are essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data center-related projects.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
