We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our store development team in Singapore. As a key decision-maker, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and optimizing our store portfolio within the Asia cluster.
Your primary role will be to oversee the full project lifecycle, including new store openings, renegotiations, refits, and consolidations. You will also prepare investment proposals for the market and manage property activities across multiple countries.
To succeed in this position, you must have at least 8 years of experience leading Leasing, Construction, and Store Design teams in a regional context. A background in a global retailer or major commercial real estate agency is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:- Executing global targets and leading local network target setting
- Driving CAPEX reduction initiatives
- Regularly reporting on target fulfillment
- Managing property activities across multiple countries
- At least 8 years of experience leading Leasing, Construction, and Store Design teams in a regional context
- Background in a global retailer or major commercial real estate agency
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly learn new data systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Operations, Store Design, and Procurement, as well as external partners including landlords, property advisors, general contractors, and legal firms. This role reports jointly to the General Manager, Asia and the VP of Network, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
