About the Role

Located in the Jurong East area, nearest to the MRT, we are seeking a highly skilled Arbitration Officer to join our team at ST RECRUITMENT CENTRE.

Job Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and ensuring timely billing payments.
  • Monitor and follow up with customers regarding their payment dates, providing prompt assistance when necessary.
  • Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and accounts, including sending statements of accounts, reminder letters, and tax invoices to clients.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and supportive team.
