Enhancing Operations Across Asia

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee and support factory operations in Bandung, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate finance and general administration activities ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day operations.
- Review and consolidate financial reports from Indonesia entities supporting year-end reporting and audit processes.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls policies and procedures across Indonesia operations.
- Collaborate with external auditors consultants and corporate bankers to maintain strong professional relationships and support group-level initiatives.
Requirements:
A degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field is required.
Proven experience in finance operations is essential.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams across different cultures are necessary.
Frequent travel to Indonesia is required.
