We are looking for a highly skilled Critical Facilities Safety Manager to drive our HSE framework and program.

  • Design, lead, and drive the HSE framework and program
  • Implement HSE initiatives, including safety training programs
  • Develop HSE policy/guidelines considering best market practices
  • Constantly review and update the HSE framework/policy/guidelines
  • Ensure compliance to local HSE legislation and company's HSE policy
  • Support application and attainment of applicable HSE permits/licenses
  • Perform risk assessment
  • Lead incident management, including performing detailed Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive/corrective action plans
  • Implement system to ensure contractor's compliance to HSE policy
  • Manage reporting and HSE data analysis
  • Conduct periodic review of safety compliance of operational data center/project site
