Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in the smooth flow of goods and supplies within our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full order fulfilment cycle from purchase order placement to goods delivery. This includes liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and consignees across countries to ensure timely shipment and documentation.
In this role, you will arrange international shipments (by sea/air/land) and confirm booking with freight forwarders or shipping lines. You will also prepare and verify all necessary logistics and export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, import/export permits, letters of credit, and DA submission documents.
Furthermore, you will track and monitor shipment milestones and proactively update internal teams or customers. Your collaboration with the finance team will involve following up on payments to suppliers and service providers.
You will ensure that all documentation complies with buyer/seller contract terms, bank requirements, and customs regulations.
Requirements- A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field is required.
- At least 2-4 years' experience in a trading company, logistics, or export/import operations is essential.
- Knowledgeable in Incoterms, international shipping, and banking terms (L/C, DA) is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required.
