Senior Executive, Clinic Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our clinic. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and be able to lead a team with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including staff deployment, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and SOPs by all staff members.
  • Act as the first-line handler for PR cases and provide support to staff in managing difficult situations.
  • Uphold disciplinary standards in line with clinic policies.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports and clinical indicators.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Min. 2 years experience as a Clinic Executive in a private clinic or public healthcare institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to lead in a fast-paced clinical environment.
