Clinical Hemodialysis Leadership Role

As a Senior Clinical Team Lead, you will oversee the provision of chronic hemodialysis care and treatment, leading your team to deliver exceptional patient care. Your expertise in nursing and leadership will guide your staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff.
- Participate in department staffing and hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with company and facility policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Approve or disapprove time or personnel schedule changes.
- Maintain knowledge of current dialysis practices through regular training and in-services.
- Train and orient staff as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.).
- Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and an additional 3 months of clinical experience in dialysis.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
Work Environment:
The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
