Trainee Watch Technician

The role of Trainee Watch Technician involves assisting in the maintenance and repair of timepieces, working closely with experienced technicians to develop skills and knowledge. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of watches, adhering to manufacturer specifications and tolerances.
  • Reparation and adjustment of watch calibres to meet manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain high standards of workstation tidiness, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive communication with colleagues and management team members.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' level qualification.
  • No prior experience required, but enthusiasm for training under an apprenticeship is essential.
  • Proficiency in basic written and spoken English.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
