Role Overview:

The role of a Watch Servicing Specialist is pivotal in maintaining the precision and beauty of high-end timepieces. As part of our esteemed organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify service requirements and necessary repairs for luxury watches.
  • Perform complete servicing, technical interventions, component replacements, and other mechanical procedures to restore watches to their original glory.
  • Collaborate with fellow specialists to meet polishing and servicing demands efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Meticulously polish cases and bracelets to achieve finishes aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Uphold service excellence by conducting precise, brand-standard quality control checks post-repair.
  • Record service history and maintain clear technical documentation; flag frequent technical concerns to support process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum qualification of GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or a recognized Certificate of Competency in watchmaking or a related trade.
  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in watch servicing, repairs, and mechanical maintenance.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship and precision.
  • Effective communication and clear reporting abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
