Sincere Watch Limited is a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. In view of our expansion plans, we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professionals to take on the position of Sales Associate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations
- Manage customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Build and develop a customer base and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing
- Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
