Job Title: Director of Community Engagement Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our community engagement initiatives, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting the organization's mission.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategies to engage donors, partners, and volunteers. This includes creating and managing fundraising campaigns, building and maintaining collaborative relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various platforms.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Fundraising Strategies
  • Donor & Partner Management
  • Volunteer Engagement
  • Communications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in community partnership and fundraising within social service agencies and/or IPC charities preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate and present confidently.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Passionate about engaging stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Open to learning and receptive to guidance.
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement and event management.
