Job Title: Senior Reliability Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling our reliability strategy across semiconductor foundry operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the foundry-wide reliability roadmap aligned with business and customer requirements.

  • Proven track record in leading reliability programs in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
