Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
    • Develop comprehensive Padel programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
    • Create structured training and coaching programs for beginners, intermediates, and advanced players.
    • Design specialized programs for junior development, high-performance training, and recreational play.
  • Coaching and Instruction:
    • Provide coaching and instruction to individual players and groups.
    • Conduct coaching sessions, clinics, and workshops for both potential coaches and players.
  • Facility Management:
    • Maintain and upkeep padel courts and facilities.
    • Plan schedules for Padel programs and lessons with management.
    • Collaborate with maintenance staff on court repairs and improvements.
  • Player Development:
    • Identify and nurture talented players, focusing on their development and potential.
    • Monitor player progress and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Create personalized development plans for high-potential players.
  • Event Planning:
    • Organize Padel tournaments, leagues, and social events.
    • Promote and market events to attract participants and spectators.
    • Collaborate with sponsors and partners for event support.
  • Player Engagement:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive Padel community.
    • Engage with players and parents to address concerns and feedback.
    • Encourage sportsmanship, fair play, and respect.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Evaluate safety protocols and guidelines on and off the courts.
    • Stay informed about local regulations related to sports facilities.
    • Implement emergency procedures and first aid training for staff.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Report to management on program performance and objectives.
    • Maintain open communication with players, parents, and staff.
    • Collaborate on club-wide initiatives and goals.
  • Professional Development:
    • Update knowledge on Padel techniques, equipment, and rules.
    • Attend industry conferences and training programs.
  • Others:
    • Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
    • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
    • Willing to travel.
