We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coach to join our team as a Tennis and Padel Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering high-quality coaching and instruction to players of all ages and skill levels.
Job Description:
- Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons to children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels.
- Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands.
- Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
- Provide player feedback and monitor progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or SG-Coach Tennis certification.
- Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction.
- CoachSG / NROC Registration (or in progress).
- Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED.
- Proven coaching experience with children and adults.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during club events.
