Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless work environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance activities, including unit cleaning, filter replacement, and leak detection.

You will also identify and resolve issues within the air conditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions or refrigerant leaks.

In addition, you will develop feasibility pre-installation design proposals and execute installation tasks.

Ongoing tasks include conducting chemical and overhaul cleaning, engaging with customers to assess their requirements, and providing information on air conditioning systems.

Adhering to safety protocols and regulations is essential to ensure a secure working environment.

You will work closely with our team to ensure all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved.

Assisting with scheduling of daily operations and special events, processing paperwork, and traveling to multiple sites as required are also key responsibilities.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.

We value strong leadership, quality control, housekeeping, architectural drawing, electrical construction, and construction safety skills.
