Job Title: Aircon Servicing Technician

Air Conditioning Servicing Technicians are responsible for ensuring that air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively. Their key responsibilities include conducting general servicing, chemical overhaul, diagnosing and repairing faults, as well as proposing additional services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general servicing of air conditioning systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
  • Perform chemical overhauls on air conditioning systems to remove dirt and contaminants.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning systems using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Repair air conditioning systems quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Propose additional services to customers, such as maintenance contracts or upgrades, to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site surveys to advise customers on the installation of new air conditioning systems.
  • Daily and weekly reporting to direct manager.

Requirements:

  • Customer-facing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile technology and willingness to learn.
  • Handyman experience with ability to perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Effective handling of fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints.
  • Class 3 License would be an added advantage.
  • 6 days work week (8:30am to 5:30pm).
