
Smallholder Representation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a key role focused on ensuring the effective representation of smallholder interests. This exciting opportunity requires a strong background in stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication.
">Key Responsibilities:- Engage with smallholder members and coordinate their participation in national and international engagements, as well as in relevant workstreams (e.g., assurance model, shared responsibility). Manage logistics for smallholder involvement in key events and meetings, including travel arrangements and translation services.
- Manage and enhance smallholder-related workstreams, such as the Digital Knowledge Sharing Platform. Support the implementation of the smallholder policy-equivalent and promote platform-related initiatives accordingly.
- Co-facilitate the Project Management Working Group and the Shared Investment Mechanism (SIM), including supporting the logistics and coordination of meetings.
- Assist in monitoring and managing SIM projects to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, organizational goals, and the delivery of impactful outcomes.
- Support SIM and smallholder engagement activities through administrative, financial, and communication-related tasks.
- Provide support to other workstreams/working groups, organizational processes, and collaborate with team members to plan and execute GPSNR events and activities.
- Ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities, including administration, finance, and multitasking effectively.
- Self-disciplined and proactive, with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a practical, solution-oriented manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and understanding skills, with adaptability to respond effectively to changing conditions and find realistic, effective solutions when facing challenges.
- Clear and effective communication skills to ensure smooth information exchange across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, and to adapt to different communication and work styles across cultural contexts.
