We are seeking a highly skilled Editorial Coordinator to join our editorial team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the editorial process, organizing peer review for submitted manuscripts, coordinating editorial decisions, and handling email communication between parties involved in the publication process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the editorial team with manuscript management, formatting, and proofreading
  • Organize peer review processes, ensuring timely and efficient feedback
  • Coordinate editorial decisions, working closely with authors, reviewers, and editors
  • Handle email communication, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Prior research experience in academic publishing is an advantage
