Care Innovator for Mental Health

This position focuses on driving innovation and service enhancement in the community mental health sector – with a specific emphasis on psychiatric intermediate and long-term care (ILTC). You will play a pivotal role in shaping new models of care and addressing service gaps to better support individuals with mental health needs and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify gaps and emerging care needs through stakeholder engagement and literature review, and develop recommendations to bridge these gaps.
- Develop, pilot, and evaluate new care models with relevant ministries and service providers.
- Collaborate with MOH and service providers to scale successful care models.
- Review and improve existing programs and care processes, and develop enablers to enhance care transitions across settings.
- Support reporting to MOH.
This is a three-year contract with potential for renewal, based on program needs and performance.
Qualifications and Skills- Postgraduate/Master's degree, preferably in healthcare-related/clinical disciplines.
- At least six years of experience in the healthcare sector, with two years in managerial experience.
- A track record in program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing change and ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
