Overview

This role focuses on driving innovation and service improvement in Singapore's community mental health landscape – with specific focus on Psychiatric Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC). You will play a key role in shaping new models of care and addressing service gaps to better support persons with mental health needs and their caregivers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify gaps and emerging care needs through stakeholder engagement and literature review and develop recommendations to bridge the gaps
  • Develop, pilot, and evaluate new care models with ministries and service providers
  • Work with MOH and service providers to scale successful care models
  • Review and improve existing programmes and care processes and develop enablers to improve care transition across settings
  • Support reporting to MOH

This is a three-year contract with potential for renewal, based on programme needs and performance.

Job requirements
  • Postgraduate / Master degree, preferably in healthcare-related/ clinical disciplines
  • At least 6 years of experience in healthcare sector with 2 years in managerial experience
  • Track record in programme design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing change and ambiguity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
