Business Analyst - Retail Leasing Specialist

The role involves supporting the Director of Fair Tenancy Industry Committee Secretariat to drive the fair and balanced lease negotiations between landlords and tenants of qualifying retail premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market surveys and analyse trends to ensure the Code of Conduct is updated with the latest practices.
  • Research the latest developments in retail leasing and share findings with industry stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to rental tenancy.
  • Collaborate with trade associations and stakeholders to educate the industry about the Code of Conduct.
  • Manage the CRM system for efficient communication and timely resolution of inquiries and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior working experience in leasing, retail, and property rental is advantageous.
  • Sound understanding of the key concerns of the Singapore business community.
  • Strong analytical, consultation, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive with innovative solution-providing skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with stakeholder engagement abilities.
