At Wecruit Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and welcoming clients to our office.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. As the first point of contact for our clients, it is essential that you have a positive attitude and are able to provide a warm welcome to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Incoming Calls and Messages: Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messages, and relay information to colleagues as necessary.
  • Welcome Clients: Greet visitors warmly, register them, and announce their arrival to the relevant staff members.
  • Direct Visitors: Escort clients to their designated meeting rooms or offices.
  • Administer Mail and Packages: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor Petty Cash: Oversee petty cash expenses, ensure accurate record-keeping, and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: Organize and update hardcopy filing systems, ensuring up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Coordinate Chauffeur Services: Arrange transportation for clients and employees as required.
  • Process Transactions: Verify and summarize retail transaction settlements for accounting purposes.
  • Ensure Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
