Job Description:

As a Climate Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of mechanical ventilation systems, air-conditioning systems, and other related equipment. This involves working closely with facilities management teams to implement efficient maintenance programs and rectification jobs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining air-conditioning systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot faults and guide technical officers and technicians. Good communication skills and a positive mindset are essential for this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC trade for building maintenance
  • Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults
  • Good communication skills and positive mindset

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure maintenance activities for ACMV systems are carried out efficiently
  2. Create and develop plans for installation, maintenance, and operation of ACMV systems
  3. Advise and lead technical investigations for rectification works
  4. Responsible for daily AC thermal comfort within acceptable limits
  5. Implement efficiency improvements on operational processes and energy conservation
